Founders Statement
Healed Not Hushed isn’t just a brand. It’s a battle cry.
I created this in the middle of my pain—not after I healed, but while I was still bleeding.
For a long time, I stayed quiet about my trauma. I carried abuse, grief, PTSD, anxiety, and fear in silence because that’s what I was taught—survive, but don’t speak. Be strong, but never be soft.
But silence doesn’t protect us. It buries us.
When I lost my daughter, it shattered something that was already cracked. I was tired of holding everything in. I wanted to honor her, honor myself, and speak for the version of me that never got to feel safe enough to scream.
That’s where Healed Not Hushed was born. Out of fire. Out of grief. Out of survival.
This isn’t about pretty quotes or surface-level healing. This is for the people who are still shaking, still triggered, still trying. It’s for the ones who want to be heard, even if their voice is trembling.
I’m not fully healed. But I’m not hushed anymore.
And if you’re reading this, maybe you’re not either.
Welcome to the fire that doesn’t consume you—it frees you.
